The representation of our assortment in onlineshop or on apps or the like does not constitute a legally binding offer i.S.d. § 145 ff BGB,German right; but a non-binding online catalog. Our product range consists of physical products (hereafter: product (s)) as well as digital content (hereinafter called "downloads") and services (cloud).
You can add products and downloads without obligation in the shopping cart. You can make corrections at any time during the ordering process before sending the order. You can place a binding order for the products and downloads contained in the shopping basket by clicking on the order button ('buy'). You will receive a confirmation of the receipt of your order by e-mail immediately after sending the order.
2.3 When a contract is concluded with us depends on the payment method chosen by you:
a) Invoice: for products: with your click on the order button and shipping the goods or the shipping confirmation by e-mail through us for downloads: by clicking on the order button and providing the download by us
b) Direct debit (SEPA Direct Debit): for products: with your click on the order button and shipping the goods or the shipping confirmation by e-mail through us for downloads: by clicking on the order button and providing the download by us
c) Prepayment: with your click on the order button and sending the advance payment request with the bank details to you by us
d) Credit card: with your click on the order button e) PayPal: with your click on the order button If we are unable to accept your offer, you will be notified instead of accepting the order that the product is not available. Your already paid consideration will be refunded immediately.
The delivery will be made promptly to the delivery dates, which you will find in the product note in the shop at the product respectively in the order confirmation respectively confirmed. Longer delivery times are due to the introduction of a completely new product whose delivery time we fully state.

We only accept the payment methods displayed during the ordering process. For all payment methods we charge no additional costs. Bank transfers may be charged by the bank for transfers from abroad. If we have a valid e-mail address, the invoice will be sent by e-mail two days after the goods have been dispatched or the download has been made available. Otherwise we will send the invoice by post.
The following payment methods are available to you:
a) Invoice: The invoice amount is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice and from you by bank transfer.
b) Direct debit (SEPA direct debit): You give us a SEPA direct debit mandate upon placing the order. In the invoice you will be informed about the date of the account debit (so-called Prenotification). The account will be charged four working days after the invoice has been sent. The deadline for the advance notice of the date of the account debit (so-called Prenotification period) is four working days.
c) Credit Card: You provide us with your credit card information and we check your legitimacy. Immediately after placing our order, we will block the invoice amount from the credit card company. The final charge on the credit card will be made at the earliest one day after the invoice has been sent
d) PayPal: You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal in the ordering process. In order to use this payment method, you must be registered with PayPal, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. Immediately after placing your order we block the invoice amount with PayPal. The final charge on the PayPal account will be made at the earliest one day after the invoice has been sent
